“I’m going running,” she said. “You can come if you want.” 

And, as usual, I didn’t want to go. The bed was warm and comfy and I could have easily knocked out another hour or so. But how do you say no in that situation? 

So I rolled out and threw on my sweet new running shorts. 

And it was hot out. And humid. And sticky. But four miles were had. And so was a popsicle. 

Now, we trek around town scouting wedding locations. 

Given that it was a day after an all-night flying session, we took it pretty easy. 

Walk along the Arkansas River and Big Dam Bridge

Tropical Smoothie afterward. 

Not pictured:

• Three-hour nap
• Frozen Yogurt
• Target (Canada doesn’t have Target).

A solid day one. Now we sleep for 12 hours.
