A weigh a day: Day one.

Ugh.
A couple facts about day one’s weigh-in:
- 255.
- That’s 35 pounds from my goal weight of 220.
- That’s 15 pounds higher than I weighed on September 17th.
- There are no excuses; I simply eat too much. I’ve always known that.
- The good part? This can become a weight-loss blog again.
- Every morning. 9 a.m.
- A weigh a day.
Jesus, weight loss/maintenance is hard. But we knew that going in, didn’t we?
