6 notes &
I’ve mentioned on numerous occasions that my diet is where I struggle the most in the quest for perfect health and fitness. If I could combine my training and working out with a most-of-the-time-stellar diet like a lot of you all do, I would be completely satisfied with my healthy lifestyle.
But, like a lot of people, I tend to go for what’s quick and convenient. And what’s quick and convenient is usually not the healthiest of meals.
It was one of these posts that caught the attention of a representative for Fresh Express and led her to email me encouraging me to try the Fresh Express Kits. It’s basically what it sounds like: Salad in a bag with all the makings of a tasty meal.
She even offered to send me some coupons. Which, uhh…. free healthy food? Yes please. And she also made it clear that there was no obligation on my part to talk about Fresh Express in a positive light, that she was, in fact, just trying to help.
But seriously, these kits are incredible. And again, I am in no way representing the company.
BUT! I asked her if it would be okay to share the coupons with all of you and she said it was.
So, the next 20 people that order a Do Life T-shirt will get two coupons, each good for one kit. The kits are like four or five dollars each, so it’s a heck of a deal any way you look at it.
And even if you don’t want a shirt, be on the lookout for these things (other brands have them, too) if you’re looking for a way to get some quick and tasty meals.
Update: Coupons are gone, but, by all means, grab a T-shirt in time for the Holidays :)
