Fact: Eating less makes you feel lighter. Even if it’s not reflective on the scale. You just feel… leaner … or something.
Fact: Today’s weigh in was 254.0 - Down a pound, but up from yesterday. No big deal.
Fact: 6 miles done this morning. 2 miles of speed work (rather than 5 easy) done yesterday. Puts me at 15 miles already this week. The most in a while, sadly.
Fact: Good Charlotte and Simple Plan are underrated.
