1. Our friend Edmonton Mike is in town so we met up to end August with a nice 5K around the seawall. It also concludes my first month back to recommitting to running in preparation for next summer’s 100-miler. It was a big success compared to the previous eight or nine months of half-hearted attempts to come back.
