1. Brooke and I snuck off to Canmore, Alberta to enjoy some cold weather and majestic mountains. 
It got down to 35 degrees last night, but the days are sunny and warm enough to mountain bike. 
The house doesn’t have Internet—the whole “disconnect from daily life” thing is still a little foreign to me, so until I fully embrace it, I’m hopping down to the Starbucks to catch up on stuff. 
It’s worth noting, we have a 2 p.m. tee-time at the local golf course. I haven’t golfed in six years. I’m confident I still have it, though. My goal is to break 110.
