And beat my goal by 2:27. Broke an hour. Pretty incredible feeling. I felt good pretty much the entire race. Miles one and six were kind of tough but I was in a nice groove the rest of the way. My 59:53 time was good enough for third in my age group. I didn’t even think about waiting around for an award because I assumed I was not getting one. Eric picked it up for me though.

Jed finished in 54 something and Eric finished in 48 something - first in our age group.
