For anyone thinking about doing life and losing weight, I recommend making a life size model of your old self and then start covering it with memorabilia from your life in progress.
This is my size 46 jeans (which I couldn’t fit into when we started. When I was gaining weight, I stopped buying jeans at 46 and started wearing windpants. Depressing…) And the 3XL shirt that I wore in the first 5K The idea is that one day, I won’t be able to see the big clothes. When that happens, it’ll be all symbolic or whatever.
It’s nice to walk by it and feel small.
